Terms & Conditions

Welcome to McGraw Detailing. By scheduling or receiving services from McGraw Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are available by reservation only. A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

2. Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments where service cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

McGraw Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather, equipment failure, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

5. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their vehicle when booking. Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to heavy soiling, pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, biohazards, excessive stains, or other extreme conditions may be subject to additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

McGraw Detailing reserves the right to decline any vehicle that presents a safety or health hazard.

6. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, cash, and important documents before your appointment.

McGraw Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle.

7. Mobile Service Requirements

Customers must provide legal and safe access to the vehicle. The service location must allow adequate space for detailing and comply with local parking regulations.

Appointments may be postponed if working conditions are unsafe due to severe weather, excessive heat, flooding, restricted access, or other hazardous conditions.

8. Service Times

Estimated service times are provided for scheduling purposes only. Actual completion times may vary depending on the vehicle's size, condition, and selected services.

9. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction

Paint correction and ceramic coating services improve the appearance and protection of your vehicle but cannot guarantee the permanent removal of every scratch, rock chip, stain, oxidation, or paint defect.

Customers are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to maximize coating performance and longevity.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact McGraw Detailing within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review any reasonable concerns and, when appropriate, work with you to resolve them.

11. Limitation of Liability

McGraw Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratched, cracked, faded, peeling, or improperly repaired surfaces.

While every effort is made to provide the highest quality service using professional products and techniques, McGraw Detailing shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the amount paid for the service provided.

12. Changes to These Terms

McGraw Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
